Background:
People ask me what motivates me about the mortgage lending business; my response is quick and simple. I enjoy helping clients and assisting them in their financial goals. A home is typically your largest asset and it is very important that my clients are aware of all of the options that are available. I take my responsibility seriously. My clients look to me of expert advice, so I am always putting myself in my clients’ shoes when I recommend a loan scenario.

My mission is to educate my clients because it is extremely important in this ever-changing and evolving mortgage industry to know what options are available. Everyone’s circumstances are unique and it is my job to ensure my clients are given the best rates and loan options available for their financial situation. With the different layers of risk that have been implemented through current lending modules it is extremely important to make sure that all the variables are considered before presenting to one of my clients.

I consider myself a veteran in the industry and have earned the trust of my clients. All of my business is either through previous clients or referrals. It is extremely important for me to build relationships with all of my clients and referral sources. These relationships do not foster unless my promises are backed up with positive results.
