The St. Louis Agent Team Announces the Launch of a Real Estate Investment Division as a Means to Bring Greater Service to their Real Estate Investment Clients.

ST. LOUIS, April 9 -- The St. Louis Agent Team (on the web at www.stlagent.com) announced the launch of its real estate investment division as a means of bringing a greater variety of focused services to their real estate investment clients.

The Investment Division will allow the company to offer a broader and distinct set of services to their investment clients as well as allow for team members to specialize and foster expertise in the investment real estate market.

"It?s just a natural area of growth for us," stated Kimberly Cameron, The St Louis Agent Team Chairperson. "We?ve been working with investors since this was a one person company, and as we continue to grow it just makes since to offer our investment clients dedicated resources since their needs are very different than that of our retail clients."

The new division will be headed up by Mr. Brad Padratzik who joined The St. Louis Agent Team in March.

“Brad is himself an investor and a rehabber, so he not only knows the needs and challenges of his clients, but he brings the enthusiasm and energy that we need to launch this service,” said Cameron.

Prior to Joining The St. Louis Agent Team, Padratzik had been a real estate agent for Century 21 as well as RE/MAX Properties West.  Padratzik was also a cofounder of the St. Louis-based real estate investment internet technology company, RehabaHouse.com.  RehabaHouse.com is a St. Louis investment portal which provides local investors with a way to market and advertise their investment property as well as a way to find qualified vendors, contractors, and service providers.
